At Thales we have hands on experience in the simple transfer of staff under TUPE to the insourcing of specific functions of a business’s operations in order to jointly provide more effective and efficient services to both partners and their respective customers.
Focussing on respective core abilities is more likely to foster economies of scale and scope whilst lessoning business risk through effective alliances. We believe that this not only provides economic synergies and better collective services, but jointly provides an ideal platform to continually evolve “best value” differentiators within the core business.

Our experience has always been at the sharp end where disruption to passengers or shoppers, is a major inconvenience. That is why we have developed methodologies to conduct the roll out of equipment and services that minimises these disruptions and takes into account the objectives of the Head Office and the site staff.
Acting as a prime contractor, we know our job is to coordinate all the services in our remit to ensure the timelines are met and the objectives achieved. This even extends to taking control and responsibility for the logistics of getting equipment to site on time ready for engineering resource to use it.
We are also mindful that status reporting is essential and we therefore ensure accurate reporting is delivered back to our customers in an agreed format so that there is early opportunity to raise any issues.
