Thales Services Division is dedicated to installing, repairing and maintaining services across a variety of voice, data and audio/visual technologies. You will find us installing and maintaining various manufacturers equipment all over the UK to our wide and varied customer base.
Our workforce includes 1000 field engineers and technicians who are strategically located around our 24 nationwide engineering centres, allowing us to locally store replacement equipment and spare parts, with the added benefit of being able to offer 2 hour on-site service level agreements to anywhere on mainland UK.
Additionally, our central Task Management Centre offers a one stop facility for customers to filter all service calls to a manned helpdesk that is open 24/7.
